Short version: we only collect what we need to look after your car, and we don't sell it to anyone.

When you book or sign up, we keep your name, contact details and vehicle details so we can do the work, remind you when a service is due, and occasionally tell you about an offer. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Photos of customers or their cars only ever appear on this site with the owner's explicit okay, and anything on our Recovery Ward page is clearly labelled AI-generated.
