Can you do log book servicing without voiding my new-car warranty?
Yes. Any licensed workshop can do log book servicing. You don’t have to go back to the dealer. We service to the manufacturer’s schedule, use quality parts, and stamp the book. Your warranty stays intact.
What happens if you find something else wrong with my car?
We call you first. Always. You’ll get the plain-English version of what we found and what it costs, and nothing happens until you say yes. No surprise line items, ever.
How long does a service take?
Most services are done the same day. Drop your car off between 8:00 and 8:30am and it’s usually ready in the afternoon. If it needs to stay longer, we’ll tell you when we call with the quote, and we do free local pick-up and drop-off in Kelvin Grove.
Do you do roadworthy certificates?
Yes. $88, booked and done without fuss. Selling your car or transferring rego, we’ll get you sorted. If something fails, you’ll get a clear list of what needs fixing and what it’ll cost.
Can you look at my carby or classic car?
Absolutely, it’s a specialty. We’re one of the few workshops in Brisbane still rebuilding carburettors and overhauling distributors properly. Full strip-down, ultrasonic clean, rebuild and tune.
Do I need to book for diagnostics?
Just call ahead so we can fit you in. The first hour of diagnostics is free. Warning light on? Weird noise? We’ll find out what it actually is before you spend a cent.
I can't get to the workshop while you have my car. What are my options?
Free local pick-up and drop-off in Kelvin Grove. Drop the car in the morning and we’ll run you where you need to be, or we can grab the car from your place. Just mention it when you book.
